Jacqueline Wright, ARNP, Women's Health
Jacqueline Wright, is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally competent, sexual and reproductive healthcare for women from adolescence through menopause. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of San Francisco and began her journey into healthcare in 2010 as a US Army Nurse, where she gained robust experience in Labor and Delivery, Maternal-child Health, Medical-surgical Nursing, and Military Public Health.
Jacqueline earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus in Women's Health from Frontier Nursing University. She holds multiple advanced clinical certifications, and maintains proficiency in a wide range of gynecologic procedures, including IUD and implant insertion and removal.

Sandy Tran, ARNP, Women's Health
Sandy, who is originally from Colorado, graduated with her Bachelor's in Nursing at the University of Colorado. Her career in nursing included caring for neonates and the geriatric population. After her husband retired from the military in 2020, she decided to pursue a career as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She is now focused on Women's Health and Menopausal Mid-life Care. She is a certified practitioner for the Menopause Society
Outside of being a dedicated provider, she is an Army wife and a mom to two kids and a Welsh Cardigan corgi. She enjoys traveling and trying foods from different cuisines.

Meet our Dermatology ARNP - Airra Haroldson
Airra Haroldson, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC, received her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from Gonzaga University with Honors and is Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is a licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) through the Washington State Board of Nursing (WABON).
Airra graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and later graduated from Seattle Central Community College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. She has over 16 years of nursing experience and was a specialty clinic nurse for 8 years caring for adults in departments such as Urology, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dermatology, and Oncology. Meet our Master Injector- Monika, RN
Monika started working in the medical cosmetic industry in 1998 when she moved to the Pacific Northwest from San Diego, California. Throughout the years she has worked in dermatology which included skin assessment, lasers, injectables, making skin care, and multiple skin rejuvenation procedures. During her time working in dermatology, she split her time working with plastic surgeons both in the operating room as well as seeing her own patients for cosmetic injections. In 2005 she started training other providers in cosmetic injections and started traveling around the United States teaching others. In 2016 she was the number 2 requested trainer. In 2017 she received Most Loved Injector award by RealSelf.

Ashley Cummings, CNM, ARNP, Women's Health
Ashley has spent her adult years devoting her time to education and advocacy in the obstetrics and gynecology field, earning a Master's Degree in Midwifery and Women's Health in 2010. She prides herself in her ability to connect with and advocate for women of all ages and backgrounds, throughout all seasons of their lives. She feels passionate about really listening and showing her clients the value in their concerns. She has worked in many different communities and promotes culturally sensitive care.
She specializes in early fertility consultations, family planning, GYN problem visits, birth control, preventative care, peri/menopause including hormone therapy, and breast concerns.

Lydia Miller, ARNP Family Practice / Primary Care
Lydia has been working in healthcare since 2000 when she became a licensed midwife. She enjoyed helping new families throughout the childbearing year. Wanting to expand her scope of practice, she decided to return to school, attending Pacific Lutheran University's Nurse Practitioner program. She became Board Certified in Family Practice in 2007 and has since worked in a variety of areas, including Family Practice, Emergency Care and Walk-in Clinic services.
As a partner in patient care, Lydia values an open, respectful and nonjudgmental relationship and looks forward to working with the patients at Advanced Women's Health to achieve their health goals. Carmela Perez, MSN, ARNP Family Practice / Primary Care
Carmela has worked in the medical field since 2007. Her career thus far has ranged from work within medical and surgical units in Las Vegas to ensuring the safety and education of patients in a local gastroenterology clinic.
By attaining her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of South Alabama, Carmela feels she has an increased opportunity to help her community by promoting health and wellness and alleviating patient suffering associated with ailment.

Sydney Lee, Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Sydney Lee has been practicing therapy since 2012. She attended Pacific Lutheran University and received her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013. Ms. Lee has practiced in multiple locations throughout the Pacific Northwest and has worked with a variety of client concerns. It was during her work in community mental health she discovered her passion for working with those who struggle with low self-confidence, emotional regulation, boundary setting, childhood trauma and anxiety.
Sydney believes in providing compassionate competent care and that therapy is most effective when the client and therapist work as a team to achieve counseling goals.
