Our Family Practice providers Carmela Perez, MSN, ARNP and Lydia Miller, ARNP, provide complete physical exams and sports physicals for school athletes. Our primary care providers assess and treat urgent and chronic medical conditions from acne and colds, to high cholesterol and blood pressure, weight loss, anxiety and depression.

Lydia Miller, ARNP Family Practice / Primary Care

Lydia has been working in healthcare since 2000 when she became a licensed midwife. She enjoyed helping new families throughout the childbearing year. Wanting to expand her scope of practice, she decided to return to school, attending Pacific Lutheran University's Nurse Practitioner program. She became Board Certified in Family Practice in 2007 and has since worked in a variety of areas, including Family Practice, Emergency Care and Walk-in Clinic services.

As a partner in patient care, Lydia values an open, respectful and nonjudgmental relationship and looks forward to working with the patients at Advanced Women's Health to achieve their health goals. Carmela Perez, MSN, ARNP Family Practice / Primary Care

Carmela has worked in the medical field since 2007. Her career thus far has ranged from work within medical and surgical units in Las Vegas to ensuring the safety and education of patients in a local gastroenterology clinic.

By attaining her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of South Alabama, Carmela feels she has an increased opportunity to help her community by promoting health and wellness and alleviating patient suffering associated with ailment.

Carmela is excited to join Advanced Women's Health. Her goal is to treat every patient with respect while working to improve their quality of life. She individualizes patient care to encourage holistic health that encompasses physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Oksana Solovyanchik, ARNP - Family Medicine

Oksana has been in the medical field since 2011. Her nursing career started from a Medical-Telemetry unit in the hospital and continued on working with patients undergoing gastroenterology procedures in the clinic settings. She then decided to further pursue the
passion for medical field and began studies at WSU to obtain a Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree with a focus on family medicine. The studies at Washington State University has offered vast clinical experiences including Primary, Urgent Care, and Women’s health.
