Katie Davenport LMP
Massage Therapist |
Katie achieved her
massage certification at Ashmead and expanded her skills
with advanced courses in Hot Stone Massage, Quick
Release, and Spa Applications.
She is passionate about
massage as a part of self-care and strives to use her
versatile technique and gentle touch to invoke a sense
of total wellness.
Katie treasures spending time with her
family and her two dogs, and enjoys cooking, reading,
hiking and fishing. |

Lyndsay has been a Doctor
of Chiropractic since 2009. She graduated Summa Cum
Laude from Life Chiropractic College West and
specialized her studies in the Atlas Orthogonal
technique, as well as women’s health issues relating to
Chiropractic.
Prior to beginning her
practice she traveled to the country of Ghana to deliver
Chiropractic care to the underserved populations there.
As a young woman and
professional Lyndsay is passionate about offering
holistic and natural healthcare options to women. She
finds great pleasure in discovering the obstacles that
keep her patients from health and then implementing
treatment plans to bring them to a healthier and more
fulfilling life. She is particularly interested in
female conditions involving pelvic pain,
migraines/headaches, fertility issues, and menstrual
symptoms.

Tiffany joined the team at Advanced
Women’s Health bringing experience in elite Medi-Spa
treatments and knowledge regarding Skin Medica and TRUE
product lines.
She is known for her relaxing European
facials and gentle bikini shaping services. |

Sherri is a graduate of
The Euro Institute of Skin Care, one of the most
prestigious aesthetic schools in this State. She is
certified in Aesthetics, Spa Body Works, Manual
Lymphatic Drainage, and holds International
Certification of Aesthetics.
Sherri performs several aesthetic services that include
facials, body treatments, chemical peels, waxing, make
up application, accutonics, and kneipp therapy.
She believes in healing
power of the human touch and prides herself in the
spiritual connection achieved through aesthetic
treatments. Sherri is well versed in skin care knowledge
and the proper therapies and regimens for all skin
types. She has excellent customer service skills and
understands the importance of client satisfaction.

Kate believes your counseling experience
should be supportive, challenging, and empowering. Your
life experiences, strengths, needs, challenges and
unique coping skills in the face of stress and change
are integral to the therapeutic process, and will inform
the interventions and techniques she uses. Kate
encourages her clients to tap into their own innate
healing abilities by creating a space in which they can
safely and creatively explore, heal, and grow. Some of
the interventions she uses to assist her clients meet
their specific treatment goals are Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction
Therapy (including conscious breath-work and various
meditative techniques), and Expressive therapies (art,
psychodrama, writing, guided imagery, etc.).

Kate graduated from St. Martin’s College in 1996 with a
Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology, and has
been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Child
Mental Health Specialist in the state of Washington
since 2001 and is also a National Board Certified
Counselor. Kate has had over 10 years of expertise
and specialized training as a sexual assault/abuse
treatment provider. In addition to trauma, some of the
other issues that Kate may be able to help you with
include: grief and loss, anxiety and phobias,
depression, ADD/ADHD, Codependence, life
transitions/directions/goals, relationships, sexuality,
eating disorders, addictions, and other compulsive
behaviors.
When she’s not working, Kate loves to travel, knit, bake
bread, write, make stuff, and play.
